Kim Gilbert launched Zenith Insurance Services in 2001 with the mission to provide unparalleled service and innovative insurance solutions. With 37 years of experience in the industry, Kim is well-known and a well-respected face within the field. In fact, this year he was awarded Broker of the Year in 2019 Insurance Business Awards’ Independent >20 Staff category and in 2018 he was awarded the NIBA Broker of the Year Award. These prestigious awards are a testament to Kim’s dedication and the excellent team he built into Zenith.
Lynda Bowles has 33 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She began work with the RAC and moved through various customer service-based roles before eventually progressing to RAC Branch Manager. In 1999, she joined Zenith as an Assistant Account Manager and Office Administrator but as the company grew, she took on an administration role. Lynda’s current responsibilities include managing Premium Funding, Underwriter Payments, Compliance, Payroll, HR, Trust Account, Liaising with the Company Accountants and Paying Accounts.
Warren Bissett is a senior member of the Zenith team with over 33 years of experience in the insurance field. Since joining the Zenith team in 2003 Warren has specialised in insurance services for the Transport industry. He understands both the inner workings of the industry and the complexities of transport equipment – which means that his clients enjoy advice and solutions that are unparalleled within the industry.
John O’Leary is a highly-respected insurance professional with extensive underwriting and broking qualifications. Whilst John’s experience in the insurance field is wide-ranging, his undoubted passion lies in Disability and Community Care insurance. John continues to focus on providing his ever-increasing portfolio of clients with exceptional service underpinned by thorough Risk Management advice and Claims Management expertise. John was honoured to be named the 2019 NIBA WA Broker of the Year.
Natalie Russo commenced work at Zenith Insurance Services in January 2002. She specialises in providing insurance products, services and advice to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander healthcare industry – including General insurances, Liability, Medical Malpractice, Workers Compensation and Risk Management services. Natalie has over 17 years in the insurance industry, having worked as both an Insurance Broker and a Claims Manager. Her qualifications include a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), QPIB and Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker.
Steve Femia worked for a major national and international insurer for 21 years before he became an Insurance Broker with Zenith in January 2012. Across his career, Steve has undertaken numerous roles utilising his high skill level across most facets of insurance.
Currently, he manages a general portfolio covering a broad range of industries – but he specialises in the Aged Care, Community Care and Healthcare fields. Steve is passionate about the insurance industry and passionate about giving professional service and advice
Since joining Zenith in May 2011, Jordyn Gilbert has specialised in developing, implementing and managing the insurance programs for Aboriginal corporations throughout Western Australia. She has also specialised in working with clients on Risk Management solutions. Travelling throughout the North West region, Jordyn has made both a personal and professional effort to connect with Indigenous cultures through interactions with her clients and members of the community. This connection has enabled her to supply consolidated insurance solutions for Aboriginal industries. Jordyn was honoured to be named the 2019 NIBA WA Young Professional Broker of the Year.
Rosanna Polestico has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, having spent five years with a major insurer before joining Zenith in 2011 and completing her Diploma in Financial Services. Rosanna is an Account Manager in the Aged Care team – she now manages her own portfolio of clients. Her genuine approach to building client relationships and readiness to understand industry challenges has consolidated her expertise in the aged care sector. Rosanna is dedicated to making the client experience as smooth and as rewarding as possible
Richard Outred has worked in the insurance industry for 14 years and has been a valued member of the Zenith team for 11 of those years. Richard previously worked as an Electrician. This experience equipped him with the industry expertise required for working with small-to-medium businesses, specialising in Trades. Richard’s extensive experience in the trades industry means he can recognise the risks and issues associated with small businesses. Richard always finds a tailored insurance solution.
Rob Fishwick has worked in the Insurance industry for 28 years across a range of job roles and responsibilities. Rob has 15 years of experience in managing all types of General Insurance Claims, and a further five years of experience as an Underwriter. Rob also has eight years of experience in Broking under his belt. Rob’s current role at Zenith Insurance Services is Account Manager. Rob is passionate about the Insurance industry and prides himself on consolidating bespoke solutions for all manner of clients.
David Gosatti joined the Insurance industry in 2014 at QBE. During this time he managed a portfolio of predominately large corporate and national clients. He then joined Zenith Insurance Services in 2017 as a Claims Consultant. David’s primary area of expertise is Worker’s Compensation, but he has also overseen Medical Malpractice, Employment Practice related, Business Interruption, General Liability and Public Liability claims. David is responsible for lodging new claims, liaising with parties throughout the lifecycle of a claim and advocating on behalf of clients.
Marianne has been with Zenith for 7 years. Prior to that, she has worked in various claims roles at Ansvar and QBE. With nearly 20 years’ experience in Property claims, Marianne can provide peace of mind for clients during what can be a stressful time. Her main objective is to liaise with Clients, Insurers, Specialist Assessors and Builders to bring about the best claim’s outcome possible.
Mary Wong has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. With Zenith Insurance Services, Mary specialises in motor claims. Mary prides herself on her ability to bring a fresh perspective and a positive experience to clients – often when they’re experiencing loss and distress. Her wonderful customer service helps make the claims experience as easy and painless as possible for our clients. Mary’s current role with Zenith Insurance Services is Claims Consultant.
Kyle Skiba first worked as a Cardiac Physiologist for three years before he began working with QBE Insurance, specialising in Workers Compensation. Kyle was with QBE for five years – three years as a case manager and two years as a service manager. He then moved on to GSK Insurance, where he became a Workers Compensation Specialist consulting primarily with clients on workplace risks. Kyle’s qualifications include degrees from UWA in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation and a Grad Cert in Work Health & Safety.
